Shipping Policy

Peptides Direct ships to US addresses only, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Carrier Delays

Peptides Direct is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues or backlogs
  • Other factors beyond our control

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Any shipping or transit time offered is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout. Peptides Direct is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a report. Peptides Direct is happy to assist with filing a carrier claim but is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

In the event of a shipping-related issue — such as a delay, misdelivery, or confirmed loss — Peptides Direct may reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, once we receive confirmation from the carrier regarding the status of your original order.

Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the listed delivery date to begin a claim for a missing shipment.

Out of Stock Products

There may be times when a product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay fulfillment. We will keep you informed of any products that are unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
